DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a process where full-color designs are printed on film and transferred to fabric using heat and pressure. It works on cotton, polyester, blends, and more — with vibrant, long-lasting results.
❓ 2. What is a DTF gang sheet?
A DTF gang sheet is a large transfer sheet that contains multiple designs. It's the most cost-effective way to print logos, labels, or artwork in bulk — ideal for brands and resellers.
❓ 3. What sizes of gang sheets do you offer?
We offer gang sheets in popular sizes like 22" x 24", 22" x 36", 22" x 48", and 22" x 60". Need a custom size? Use our Gang Sheet Builder to create your own.
❓ 4. Is there a minimum order for DTF prints?
No minimums! You can order a single print or hundreds — perfect for small businesses, one-time events, or growing brands.
❓ 5. How do I upload my design?
You can upload your design directly on the product page or checkout screen. We recommend PNG files with a transparent background for the best results.
❓ 6. What file types do you accept?
We accept PNG, PDF, SVG, PSD, and AI files. For DTF prints, PNG (300 DPI with transparent background) is preferred.
❓ 7. What if I don’t have a print-ready file?
No worries! Contact us and we’ll help convert your image into a print-ready format. Design assistance is available for a small fee if needed.
❓ 8. How fast will I get my order?
Most orders are processed in 1–2 business days, with fast nationwide shipping from our California facility. Rush options are also available.
❓ 9. Do you offer local pickup?
Yes. If you're near Kelseyville, CA, you can select local pickup at checkout. We’ll notify you as soon as your order is ready.
❓ 10. Can I print custom t-shirts or hats?
Absolutely! We offer custom shirt printing and hat embroidery. Choose your apparel, upload your design, and we’ll handle the rest.

Yes, we provide professional embroidery for hats, beanies, polos, and more — great for branding, teams, and uniforms.

Our DTF transfers can be applied to cotton, polyester, blends, fleece, canvas, and many other materials — making them incredibly versatile.
❓ 13. Do you offer wholesale or bulk pricing?
Yes! We offer wholesale discounts on bulk DTF gang sheet orders and large apparel projects. Contact us for a custom quote.
❓ 14. How do I press DTF transfers?
We recommend using a heat press at 300-320°F for 6-10 seconds, medium to firm pressure. Always follow our pressing instruction guide included with every order.
❓ 15. What’s your return or refund policy?
Since each item is custom-made, we do not accept returns. However, if there’s an issue with your order (wrong size, misprint, or defect), we’ll fix it right away.
