Refund policy

At Teezy’s Customz LLC, every product is made-to-order, carefully crafted with your uploaded designs, and inspected before shipping. Because of the custom nature of DTF gang sheets, custom t-shirts, hats, and embroidery, we follow a strict return and refund policy to ensure fairness and quality.

🔁 Return Policy

We do not accept returns on custom products. This includes:

  • DTF Gang Sheets

  • Custom T-Shirts

  • Embroidered Hats

  • Any personalized or made-to-order items

Once an order is placed and production begins, it cannot be canceled, modified, or returned.

✅ What If There’s an Issue?

If your item arrives:

  • Misprinted

  • Defective

  • Damaged in transit

  • Incorrect (wrong size, file, or product)

You must notify us within 3 business days of delivery. We will review the issue and may offer:

  • A free replacement

  • A store credit

  • Or a full/partial refund, depending on the situation

Photos of the issue and order number are required for any resolution.

🕒 Turnaround on Replacements

If approved, replacement items are reprinted and shipped within 2–3 business days.

❌ Issues Not Covered

We are not responsible for:

  • User-uploaded files with errors (low resolution, wrong size, missing transparency, etc.)

  • Improper heat press application if instructions were not followed

  • Delays caused by incorrect shipping addresses

  • Minor variations in color due to monitor settings or fabric type
