Welcome to Teezy’s Customz LLC. By accessing or using our website, products, or services, you agree to the following Terms of Service. Please read these terms carefully before placing any order.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By using our website (www.teezyscustomz.com) or purchasing any products from Teezy’s Customz LLC, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, as well as our Privacy Policy, Shipping & Returns Policy, and Refund Policy.
2. Custom Product Policy
All items sold through Teezy’s Customz are custom-made. This includes DTF gang sheets, printed apparel, embroidery, and any items created using your uploaded artwork. Once production has begun, orders cannot be canceled or modified.
3. Artwork Responsibility
You are responsible for ensuring that:

Uploaded files are high resolution (300 DPI)

Designs are correctly sized and formatted

Files do not contain copyrighted or offensive content
Teezy’s Customz LLC is not liable for print quality issues resulting from low-quality artwork provided by the customer.
4. Payment Terms
All payments must be made in full at the time of checkout. We accept secure online payments via major credit and debit cards.
5. Turnaround Times & Shipping
Standard turnaround time is 1–2 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Rush orders are available for an additional $25. We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.
6. Return & Refund Policy
Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns. However, if your order arrives defective or incorrect, you may contact us within 3 business days for resolution. Full details are available on our Return & Refund Policy page.
7. Intellectual Property
All custom designs remain the property of the customer. However, Teezy’s Customz reserves the right to use images of finished products for marketing or promotional purposes unless requested otherwise in writing.
8. Limitation of Liability
Teezy’s Customz LLC is not responsible for:

Customer-uploaded file errors

Improper heat press application

Missed deadlines due to late file uploads or incorrect information
In no event shall Teezy’s Customz LLC be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
9. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a revised date.
